Rocalè Card
1. What is the Rocalè Card?
Rocalè Card is a promotional initiative (hereinafter: “Program”) promoted by Rocalè S.r.l. Unipersonale, with registered office in Via Benedetto Croce n° 9, 20090 Cesano Boscone (MI), VAT no.: IT07692410967 (hereinafter “Rocalè srl”).
Rocalè Card allows participants who have joined the Program to accumulate points (hereinafter: “Points”) with every purchase made at Rocalè Centro Moda Calzature stores, which can be converted into discount vouchers for subsequent purchases.
Furthermore, Rocalè Card holders will have exclusive access to benefits, discounts on selected products, and additional initiatives, organized at Rocalè srl's discretion, which will be communicated to participants via notices on the website www.rocalecalzature.it, at Rocalè Centro Moda Calzature stores, or directly via e-mail to the address provided by the holder.
The Rocalè Card is strictly personal, non-transferable, for an indefinite period, and is the property of Rocalè srl, which may request its return at any time. In the event of return, the points accumulated up to that moment will be recognized to the holder, safeguarding the rights acquired by the holder.
2. Enrollment
Enrollment in the Program is free.
The Rocalè Card is issued immediately, following a first purchase, upon completion of the request form.
3. Point Acquisition
To accumulate Points, holders must present their Rocalè Card at the cash desk before each payment. It will not be possible to load Points if the holder does not possess the Rocalè Card at the time of purchase or if it is presented by the holder after the receipt has been issued.
Every purchase at Rocalè Centro Moda Calzature stores entitles the holder to accumulate Points at a rate of 1 Point for every 10 euros spent. Each accumulated Point has a value of 0.50 euros (50 euro cents).
Points can also be accumulated by purchasing items already on promotion or sale.
It should be noted, however, that payment via discount vouchers, prize vouchers, other cards or agreements will not entitle the holder to accumulate Points.
The updated Points balance will be visible to the holder on the receipt of the last purchase.
4. Point Redemption
Accumulated Points, upon the holder's request, can be used, even partially, for subsequent purchases at Rocalè Centro Moda Calzature stores. Any partial use of Points does not entitle the holder to change.
Points can be used on all products sold at Rocalè Centro Moda Calzature, with the exception of products on offer or with special ongoing promotions. In no case can accumulated Points be converted into cash, as they represent exclusively the discount that the holder can use when purchasing a product for sale at Rocalè Centro Moda Calzature.
5. Duration
Points accumulated by the holder will be valid annually and will expire on December 31st of each year, regardless of the Program's subscription date.
6. Promotions and Offers for Rocalè Card holders
Rocalè Card holders will have exclusive access to special offers (hereinafter: "Promotions") which may be offered, at Rocalè srl's discretion, throughout the year on selected products.
By taking advantage of these Promotions, previously accumulated Points cannot be used; however, the holder will still be entitled to accumulate Points on the total amount spent.
(E.g., Product for sale at 100 Euros, for Rocalè Card holders a 20% discount, no points usable but the holder accumulates 8 Points on the total spent of 80 Euros)
7. Violations
Rocalè srl, if it has reasonable suspicion that the holder has used fraudulent means and instruments, or uses the Rocalè Card improperly, in violation of these Regulations, may proceed with the suspension and/or deactivation of the Rocalè Card by notifying the holder via simple email communication, without prejudice to Rocalè srl's right to take action in the most appropriate venues.
Holders excluded from the Program will lose any eventual rights.
8. Loss and Theft
In the event of theft or loss, the Rocalè Card holder must immediately report the incident to the Rocalè Centro Moda Calzature store where the Rocalè Card was issued, which will block the card.
Rocalè srl undertakes to issue a new Rocalè Card and to credit the customer with the points resulting from the balance at that time. Rocalè srl assumes no responsibility for any improper use of the Rocalè Card made before the written communication of theft or loss.
9. Deterioration
In case of deterioration or malfunction, the Rocalè Card must be returned to the staff of the Rocalè Centro Moda Calzature store where it was issued. Once the malfunction has been verified, a new Rocalè Card will be issued within 7 days with the credit of the points resulting from the last balance.
