You can request a return, following the instructions, within 14 days of receiving your order.
1) Access your account via the shipping/order confirmation email or via the link on the website customer account (by entering the email used when placing the order and the authentication code received).
2) In the relevant order, click the "Request return" button.
3) Once inside the order, select the product to be returned and the reason for the return.
Once these selections have been made, you can click the "Request return" button.
4) Once you have entered the return, a "Return request submitted" notification will appear.
5) Our support team will review your request and send you instructions for shipping.
