Pickup In-Store

The In-Store Pickup service allows you to buy online and pick up your order directly from our store for free.

A fast, practical solution with no shipping costs.

Please note:
In-store, it is only possible to exchange for a different size, subject to product availability. It is not possible to change the model or color directly in-store.

If you wish to purchase another item, you will need to place a new online order. The original order will be refunded as per the applicable terms.

How it works

  1. Purchase the desired products directly from our online store.
  2. Complete the online payment via Credit Card, PayPal, Shop Pay, Klarna, or other methods available at checkout.
  3. During checkout, select the “In-Store Pickup” delivery option.
  4. You will receive an initial automatic email confirming your order.
    Then, wait for a second email confirming that the product is ready for pickup.
  5. Go to the selected store with:
    • a valid ID;
    • your order number or confirmation.
  6. If you wish, you can try on the product directly in the store, respecting any waiting times or store priorities.
  7. If the product is not suitable, you can:
    • request a size exchange, if available;
    • cancel the purchase and request an online refund.
    Refunds are processed exclusively through the online payment method used.
    The store cannot issue cash, vouchers, or direct refunds.
  8. The order must be picked up within 2 days of availability confirmation.
    After this period, the order may be automatically canceled.

Quick availability:
In many cases, your order will be ready for pickup in about 30 minutes, subject to opening hours and the availability of the selected store.

Useful information

  • A signature confirming delivery may be requested at the time of pickup.
  • The document presented must match the details provided in the order.
  • Orders are available for pickup only during the opening hours of the selected store.
  • Returns can be made according to the procedures indicated in the Returns section of the website.
  • In case of a refund, the amount will be credited back online exclusively via the original payment method.
  • Orders with in-store pickup may benefit from priority handling at the store.
