These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offering and sale of products carried out through the e-commerce website of www.rocale.it (hereinafter "Website").
The Website is managed by SUGO Solutions on behalf of Rocalè S.r.l. unipersonale (hereinafter "Seller").
These conditions exclusively regulate purchases made on the Website by users who qualify as final consumers according to current legislation.

2. Service recipients

4. Conclusion of the contract
The submission of the order constitutes a binding purchase proposal.
After submitting the order, the customer will receive an automatic email confirming receipt of the order, which does not constitute acceptance of the contract.
The contract is considered concluded only when the Seller sends a subsequent email confirming the order and shipment of the products.
The Seller reserves the right not to accept orders in case of:
- product unavailability;
- incomplete or incorrect data;
- payment issues;
- anomalous or suspicious orders;
- obvious errors in price or description.
5. Products, availability, and prices
All prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs are indicated during checkout before order confirmation.
Product availability is constantly updated, but a temporary discrepancy may occur due to simultaneous online sales or in physical stores.
The Seller reserves the right to change prices, availability, and catalog at any time without notice.
6. Legal guarantee
All products sold on the Website are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by the Consumer Code.
The guarantee lasts 24 months for conformity defects existing at the time of delivery.

Products must be returned:

- with original labels and accessories.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

- sealed products opened for hygiene reasons;
- used or damaged items.
11. Defective or non-compliant products
In the event of defective products or products that do not conform to the order, the customer must contact customer assistance providing all details and any required photographic documentation.
In case of confirmed defect, the Seller will proceed with replacement, repair, or refund as provided by current legislation.
