Right of withdrawal

The Customer has the right to  withdraw without penalty within 14 days:

  • for goods, from the day of receipt;

  • for any digital services, from the day of conclusion of the contract.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal (Article 54 Consumer Code):

  • the Customer can initiate the return request independently, by accessing the Order Status page received via e-mail or by logging into their customer account on the Website and selecting the “Request return” option;

  • or send the Seller an explicit declaration (by post or e-mail) of withdrawal, also using the standard form referred to in Annex 1, letter B of the Consumer Code.

Following the request, the Seller will send confirmation of receipt and, after verification, acceptance or rejection of the withdrawal with relevant instructions.

Return (Art. 57): Products must be shipped to Rocale Via Benedetto Croce, 7, 20090 Cesano Boscone MI - Italy (or delivered to the indicated point), within 14 days of the withdrawal communication. Costs and risks of return are borne by the Customer.

Condition of goods:

  • unused/unworn/unwashed;

  • with tags/seals intact;

  • in the original packaging (if single-use, unopened);

  • with labels and accessories (dust bag, hangers, etc.);

  • beachwear/underwear only tried on over one's own underwear, with hygienic protection intact;

  • undamaged;

  • shipped within 14 days;

  • for returns from non-EU countries, duties and import taxes into Italy must be paid in advance by the Customer.

Exclusions (Art. 59): personalised/custom-made goods, sealed goods not suitable for return for hygienic reasons once opened.

Refunds: if the withdrawal is valid, the Seller refunds the price paid (net of duties/taxes not included in the selling price) within 14 days of becoming aware of the withdrawal, being able to withhold the refund until receipt of the goods or proof of shipment.

Options:

  • Voucher equal to the price of the returned goods (net of extra charges), usable within 90 days in a single solution;

  • Refund to the original method (Cards/PayPal/Shop Pay/Apple Pay/Google Pay/Klarna: times according to the provider; Bank Transfer/SOFORT/iDEAL: banking times; Cash on Delivery: bank transfer to an IBAN registered to the Customer, with deduction of bank fees incurred).

In case of non-observance of the terms/modalities, the return may be rejected; the Customer may request the return of the goods at their own expense within 14 days.

No exchanges (size/color/model) are provided for withdrawal, unless otherwise indicated on the Website.
