"Rocalè" E-GIFT CARDS PURCHASED ONLINE

Terms of Use

E-Gift Cards are available exclusively online at Rocale.it.
Purchases made with an E-Gift Card must be in the same currency as the card was issued.
Currency exchanges will not be available after purchase.
Rocale.it is not responsible for E-Gift Cards sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer.
Validity Period The E-Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date the confirmation email is sent, can be used for one or more orders, and can also be used for orders of a higher value than the E-Gift Card.
You can renew the validity of the E-Gift Card after 12 months by contacting customer service at support@rocale.it

Features

The E-GIFT CARD will be issued for the amount chosen by the Customer, incurs no issuance or activation fees, nor commissions for use.
The card recipient will receive the E-GIFT CARD code via email, which can be used on our store by entering and applying it during the checkout phase.
The E-GIFT CARD cannot be used in stores; it is only valid for online purchases.
No account is required to use the discount code. The E-Gift Card is not reloadable. No discounts and/or promotions of any kind can be applied to the purchase of the E-GIFT CARD.
Codes are not cumulative with other E-Gift Card codes.
The E-GIFT CARD can be spent in multiple transactions until its value is completely exhausted.
The value of each purchase made will be deducted from the remaining balance of the E-GIFT CARD.
The recipient of the E-Gift Card will receive email updates regarding any changes to the amount.
You can log in to your account or create one to register the code in the "Gift Card" section to check its status, expiry date, and remaining balance.
The E-Gift Card is valid for 365 days from the issue date.
If the value of the E-GIFT CARD is not used up by its expiry date, the Customer will not be entitled to change or refunds of any kind.
The E-Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another E-Gift Card and is not convertible into cash or credit.
The customer may request a refund for the purchased E-Gift Card, if unused, within 14 days of purchase.
If the value of the E-GIFT CARD is insufficient to make the desired purchase, the missing amount must be paid by the Customer using the payment methods accepted on the Website.
The amount associated with the card does not accrue interest.

Right of withdrawal

Orders placed using an E-Gift Card can be returned: the amount related to the returned goods will be credited back to the E-Gift Card.
Orders placed using an E-Gift Card are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Privacy Policy of the Website published on Rocale.it.
Rocale.it reserves the right to refuse orders placed using E-Gift Cards that show signs of duplication or fraudulent use.
