"Rocalè Calzature" GIFT CARDS PURCHASED ONLINE

Terms of Use

E-Gift Cards are exclusively available online at Rocalè Calzature.
Purchases made with an E-Gift Card must be in the same currency in which the card was issued.
Currency exchanges will not be available after purchase.
Rocalè Calzature is not responsible if E-Gift Cards are sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer.
Validity Period The E-Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of the confirmation email, can be used for one or more orders, and can also be used for orders of a value higher than that of the E-Gift Card.
It is possible to extend the duration of the E-Gift Card after 12 months by contacting customer service at support@rocale.it

Features

The E-GIFT CARD will be issued for the amount chosen by the Customer, with no issuance, activation, or usage fees.
The recipient of the card will receive the E-GIFT CARD code via email, which can be used on our store by entering and applying it during the checkout process.
The E-GIFT CARD cannot be used in stores; it is valid only for online purchases.
It is not necessary to have an account to use the discount code. The E-Gift Card is not reloadable. No discounts and/or promotions of any kind can be applied to the purchase of an E-GIFT CARD.
Codes cannot be combined with other E-Gift Card codes.
The E-GIFT CARD can be used for multiple transactions until its value is completely depleted.
The value of each purchase made will be deducted from the remaining balance of the E-GIFT CARD.
The recipient of the E-Gift Card will receive updates regarding any changes to the amount via email.
You can log in to your account or create one to register the code in the "Gift Card" section to check the status, expiration date, and remaining balance.
The E-Gift Card is valid for 365 days from the issue date.
If the value of the E-GIFT CARD is not used up by its expiration date, the Customer will not be entitled to change or refunds of any kind.
The E-Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another E-Gift Card and is not convertible into cash or credit.
The customer may request a refund for an E-Gift Card purchased, if unused, within 14 days of purchase.
If the value of the E-GIFT CARD is insufficient to make the desired purchase, the missing amount must be paid by the Customer using the payment methods accepted on the Website.
The amount associated with the card does not accrue interest.

Right of Withdrawal

Orders placed using an E-Gift Card can be returned: the amount related to the returned merchandise will be re-credited to the E-Gift Card.
Orders placed using an E-Gift Card are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Privacy Policy of the Website published on Rocale Calzature.
Rocale Calzature reserves the right to refuse orders placed using E-Gift Cards that show signs of duplication or fraudulent use.
